Search listings by destination, coordinates, or a map bounding box with dates, guest counts, and amenity filters, then pull bookable rate plans and the full stay total, a day-by-day availability calendar with nightly prices, the cancellation and refund schedule for those exact dates, plus amenities, room-by-room sleeping arrangements, photos, house rules, guest reviews, and host profiles.
That combination is what makes it usable for rate benchmarking and revenue management, not just listing display.
